Institute of Banking Personal Selection (IBPS) has started recruitment process for Probationary Officers (POs) with its Preliminary exam on 03 October 2015. IBPS has already ended its RRBs exam last week. This is the first time that IBPS has adopted two tier exam pattern for POs. State bank of India (SBI) has already concluded two tier written exam pattern for POs.
Exam Pattern: The exam consists of 3 sections that include Quantitative Aptitude (35 Qns), Reasoning (35 Qns) and English Language (30 Qns). The total time given was 1 hour.
Exam Analysis: It was almost the same type of paper that was asked in SBI PO Preliminary Exam. The paper was not so difficult but students found Quantitative Aptitude section a bit time taking. Overall the whole paper was of moderate difficulty level.
